Servpac President Richard Zheng was featured in an “Executive Insight” profile in the May 26, 2023 edition of Pacific Business News, Hawaii’s leading business weekly.
In an article entitled “How Servpac Has Evolved with the Times,” Richard discussed his goals, management style and strategy for growth. Data reliability was of particular interest to the reporter, Christina O’Connor.
As Richard explained in the story, “Data needs to be available 24/7…So everything here [at MTP Data Center] is redundant. If one thing is down, you always have another piece of equipment, which will give continued service to the customers, and you will never have downtime.”
