Junior Systems Engineer


    • Setup new customers, including requirement analysis, provisioning, installation, training, etc.
    • Support existing customers with their technical issues
    • Provide support to senior engineers on system customizations and product development
    • Assist with the configuration, implementation, and support of Servpac’s internal and customer networks and internet protocols
    • Work with service coordinators, vendors and customers for smooth service activation
    • Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and acceptance of new programs and circuits (including VoIP and fiber)
    • Assist with maintenance of cloud management and virtual machines
    • Support sales for special customer requirement analysis


    • Bachelors degree
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Must have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
    • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have excellent customer support skills and attitude
    • Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users or stakeholders
    • Prior help desk and/or technical support experience is a plus


    Field Technician


    • Fiber cable and innerduct installation and termination within a building
    • Copper cable installation and termination within a building
    • EFM and DSL line installation
    • Network equipment installation, configuration and troubleshooting
    • Testing of cable systems such as fiber ports and connectors
    • CO cable termination, e.g. wire wrap, amphenol connector termination, etc.
    • Communicate with customers and building management to coordinate onsite work
    • Work with internal project management and engineering team to troubleshoot, document and resolve technical issues
    • Conduct site surveys to determine scope of work
    • Other duties as required


    • High school education or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of telecommunications installation experience
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently
    • Self-motivated, reliable and accountable
    • Must be able to follow production, safety & quality standards
    • Job requires frequent bending, stooping, twisting, turning, and working in unusual positions requiring full body mobility
    • Must be able to climb ladders and perform the necessary work while on the ladder
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
    • Must be able to carry 25 lbs
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Classes or certifications in industry-related courses such as networking, telecommunications, etc. is a plus
    • BICSI certification is a plus
