Accountant

Work with a team that has been a Best Place to Work for 7 consecutive years, we are looking for a, Accountant to develop accounting policies and oversee all financial procedures of our company. As an Accountant, you’ll monitor the company’s financial status, review quarterly and annual budgets and manage accounting transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with risk management. Ultimately, you’ll make sure we comply with accounting regulations, maximize profits and mitigate risks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all AR and AP are completed on time
  • Document, monitor and update accounting policies
  • Supervise Bookkeeper
  • Review quarterly and annual budgets for all departments
  • Financial Statements projection and analysis
  • Reconcile all bank accounts

  • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, receive payments & collections

Junior Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Setup new customers, including requirement analysis, provisioning, installation, training, etc.

  • Support existing customers with their technical issues

  • Provide support to senior engineers on system customizations and product development

  • Assist with the configuration, implementation, and support of Servpac’s internal and customer networks and internet protocols

  • Work with service coordinators, vendors and customers for smooth service activation

  • Serve as Tier 1 and 2 network support, handling escalations from Technical Support

  • Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and acceptance of new programs and circuits (including VoIP and fiber)

  • Assist with maintenance of cloud management and virtual machines

  • Support sales for special customer requirement analysis

Requirements

System Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Escalation for Level 1 support
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of networks and systems
  • New features and product development
  • Work with Implementation Manager, Vendors and Customers for smooth service activation
  • Support Sales team with complex customer requirements
  • Develop and document best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum two year working experience in technical field
  • Working knowledge of at least 3 of 4 services offered (Phone, Internet, Cloud, MSP)
  • Must have excellent customer support skills and attitude
  • Must have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have bachelor degree in technical field i.e. CS/CIS/EE/MIS or Science
  • CCNA, MCSA preferred
Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers successfully, and collaborate with the account manager to create a long term plan for customer success
  • Participate in the pre-sales process for prospects with complex technical requirements
  • Establish, grow, and manage partnerships with new and existing customers
  • Create and implement best practices for customer support
  • Act as a single point of contact for major customer issues
  • Work with the customer to identify their long term needs and provide comprehensive technical solutions

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Project Management experience in Service Provider/MSP/ISP Industry, PMP is preferred
  • Hands on experience with MS Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Hyper-V, VoIP, and network technologies
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience responding to RFPs and RFIs
  • Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing schedules and deadlines
  • Works well in a fast paced environment, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with various project management tools
  • College education or equivalent
