Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage new customer setups from the time contract is received to final billing.
  • Work with Engineers, technicians and customers to insure installations are completed on time.
  • Ordering, changing and cancellation of circuits from Vendors/Carriers.
  • Interface with property management to schedule site surveys, cable/equipment installations and other building projects.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Project Management experience in Service Provider/MSP/ISP Industry, PMP is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience responding to RFPs and RFIs
  • Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing schedules and deadlines
  • Works well in a fast paced environment, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with various project management tools
  • College education or equivalent
Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers successfully, and collaborate with the account manager to create a long term plan for customer success
  • Participate in the pre-sales process for prospects with complex technical requirements
  • Establish, grow, and manage partnerships with new and existing customers
  • Create and implement best practices for customer support
  • Act as a single point of contact for major customer issues
  • Work with the customer to identify their long term needs and provide comprehensive technical solutions

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Project Management experience in Service Provider/MSP/ISP Industry, PMP is preferred
  • Hands on experience with MS Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Hyper-V, VoIP, and network technologies
  • Strong customer service skills

System Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Escalation for Level 1 support
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of networks and systems
  • New features and product development
  • Work with Implementation Manager, Vendors and Customers for smooth service activation
  • Support Sales team with complex customer requirements
  • Develop and document best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum two year working experience in technical field
  • Working knowledge of at least 3 of 4 services offered (Phone, Internet, Cloud, MSP)
  • Must have excellent customer support skills and attitude
  • Must have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have bachelor degree in technical field i.e. CS/CIS/EE/MIS or Science
  • CCNA, MCSA preferred
