Servpac VoIP Phone customers can take advantage of two types of features to help prevent and minimize the number of spam calls they receive. Here’s how they work:
OPTION 1: BLACKLIST
When your company identifies a specific phone number to “blacklist,” the system will automatically block the call from ringing through to your phone and the caller will be dropped.
OPTION 2: GRAYLIST
Phone numbers added to your company’s “graylist” will be played an automated message and prompted to press a number on their keypad in order for the call to ring through. This ensures the call is coming from a human – not a computer.
