This year, the company ranked number 14 on the list of small business nominees.
Pacific Business News partners with Quantum Workplace as a research partner on Best Workplaces. Employees at participating workplaces received a confidential survey with more than 50 questions, including such things as:
“The people I work with treat each other with respect.”
“Goals and accountabilities are clear to everyone on my team.”
“When the organization makes changes, I understand why.”
“I recommend this organization as a great place to work.”
With this information, Quantum scores the companies on their engagement, and sorts them by category.
Servpac attributes it’s healthy work environment to ongoing communication with employees. The article states, “The feedback we receive from our quarterly employee survey is invaluable in helping us ensure we foster a healthy and inclusive workplace throughout the year. We have already made significant changes based on what our employees have told us they want, including increasing the number of PTO days based on tenure and offering two paid volunteer days every year.”
