Servpac Softphone Privacy Policy

• User IDs – We collect account ID and passwords used for authentication and account access.
• Contact List – We collect your contact list information to upload/display in the app.
• Crash logs, Diagnostics, Other app performance data, and Device or other IDs- We collect data regarding how you and your device interacts with the app. This includes data about your device and the network you use to connect to our app, including IP address, device identifiers, regional and language settings. And it includes data about the performance of the app and any problems you experience with them.

How We Use the Data

Servpac uses the data we collect to provide you with the features we offer and improve your experience. 

Providing and Improving Services – We use data to improve the features and service we offer and perform essential business operations. 

Push notification – To let you know of incoming calls, our app uses the notification service on your device. For many devices, these services are provided by another company. To tell you who is calling, for example, our service has to tell the company providing the notification service so that they can provide the notification to you. The company providing the notification service on your device will use this information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy. Servpac is not responsible for the data collected by the company providing the notification service. If you do not want to use the notification services with the app, turn it off in the settings found in the app.

Security

Any data collected is encrypted in transit to ensure the security and safety of the information gathered. This and other safeguards are used to help to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information.
