System Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Setup new customers, including requirement analysis, provisioning, installation, training and etc.
  • Support existing customers with their technical issues
  • Provide support to senior engineers on system customization, feature and product development
  • Work with service coordinators, vendors and customers for smooth service activation
  • Support sales for special customer requirement analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum two year working experience in technical field
  • Working knowledge of telephone and/or VoIP
  • Working knowledge of data network, IP
  • Working knowledge of cloud and virtual machines
  • Must have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent customer support skills and attitude
  • Must have at least 4 year degree in technical field i.e. CS/CIS/EE/MIS or Science, or equivalent
Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate/Schedule with engineers and customers with service activation
  • Order services from vendors and coordinate the installation with customers
  • Organize inventory to ensure equipment availability for installation
  • Order equipment including VoIP phones, network equipment and servers
  • Assist Operations Manager with service coordination
  • Invoice, payment processing and collection
  • Support company marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Have basic knowledge in telecom or technical field

Junior System Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Assist System Engineer with setup of new customers, including requirement analysis, provisioning, installation, training and etc.
  • Assist and support existing customers with their technical issues

  • Work with service coordinators, vendors and customers for smooth service activation
  • Assist and support sales with special customer requirement analysis

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of  one of these, telephone and/or VoIP, data network and IP, cloud and virtual machines

  • Have excellent customer support skills and attitude

Junior Service Coordinator
